For early risers, you’ll find a variety of gourmet Fair Trade coffees, teas, hot chocolate, and juices available 24 hours a day.
From 8:30 to 9:30 am, we offer homemade breakfast in our bright dining room or, in warm weather, on the front porch overlooking the garden.
Examples of what you’ll find on our daily-changing menu include eggs as you like them, Maine blueberry pancakes, French toast, homemade biscuits and sausage gravy, toasted bagels and other treats. And don’t forget your rotating sides: local bacon, Canadian bacon, and sausage accompany your meal.
We are committed to supporting Maine’s farmers and growers, and to celebrating the rich and diverse local fare the region offers. We proudly support local Maine growers and local farmer’s markets. Our eggs are always cage-free, hormone-free, and local.
Special Diet Requests: We are happy to accommodate your special requests and special diet needs (i.e. vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.). Please be sure to let us know of your special requests in advance so that we may be prepared.
We are always striving to weave Maine foods – local, organic, and consciously produced whenever possible – into your culinary experience at the inn.
Please note, breakfast service is not available for reservations from November through April. The guest fridge will be stocked with ready to eat items for your convenience. Our regular breakfast service resumes in May.
