Policies are subject to change without notice. Latest update on November 7, 2021.
CANCELLATION POLICY
As we are a small inn, cancellations affect us greatly. We apply our cancellation policy fairly to all guests regardless of personal situation, acts of nature, acts of God, or airline.
All cancellations are subject to a $25 fee per room reserved.
Deposits will be refunded (less the $25 fee) provided the cancellation is received 21 calendar days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
If we receive your cancellation with less notice than stated above, the deposit is non-refundable. If we can rebook your reservation in its entirety, the deposit (less the $25 fee) will be refunded. Please note that shortening your stay is considered a cancellation.
Those who cancel within 24 hours of check-in time (4:00 pm) will be responsible for the entire amount of their reservation.
There are no refunds for no shows, late arrivals, or early departures.
Groups with 3 or more rooms reserved are required to provide a 50% deposit and 30 days notice of cancellation for a full deposit refund (less the $25 fee per room). If less than 30 days is provided, the same terms and conditions as stated above will apply.
Groups with 4 or more rooms reserved (including entire inn bookings) require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The balance is due 2 weeks prior to check-in.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Check-in time. Check-in time begins at 4:00 pm. We have recently implemented a self check in system for more flexible traveling. More information will be provided by email days before arrival.
Early arrivals. We apologize that we are unable to accommodate early arrivals. If you arrive in town early, you are welcome to park at the inn. We are unable to hold or store luggage.
Check-out time. Check-out is at 11:00 am.
PARKING AT THE INN
The Maples Inn offers off-street parking for guests, and there is additional parking available on our quiet, residential, one-way street. We purchase and provide electronic street parking permits for all guests.
We will send you detailed instructions and information about parking via email and text message prior to your arrival.
MASKS & SOCIAL DISTANCING
As of this writing, Maples Inn policy is that all guests and staff will be required to wear face masks in indoor common areas. You will not be required to wear a face mask when you are seated in our dining room and eating breakfast. We also ask that guests avoid unnecessary close physical contact with people outside of your traveling party.
We will continue to assess the situation, but for now we believe this is the best policy to ensure that all of our guests feel relaxed, safe, and comfortable in our home.
BREAKFAST & TREATS
We are happy to accommodate your special requests and special diet needs (i.e. vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.). Please be sure to let us know of your special requests in advance so that we may be prepared.
Please note, breakfast service is not available for reservations from November through April. The guest fridge will be stocked with ready to eat items for your convenience. Our regular breakfast service resumes in May.
